Off the Street Club Annual Luncheon
Off The Street Club, Chicago’s oldest boys and girls club, is a non-profit youth center offering children in Garfield Park a safe place to laugh, dream, and reach their full potential. Each year an advertising agency plans and hosts a luncheon to raise money for the club.

In 2021, OKRP proudly volunteered to host the annual fundraising luncheon for Off The Street Club. Our mission was to develop a bold, inspiring concept paired with a compelling visual identity that would celebrate and honor these incredible kids.

For this theme, we aimed to rewrite the narrative. Instead of highlighting the challenges the kids faced, we focused on celebrating their greatness, giving them the platform to share their stories. Our goal was to empower and uplift them as the Kings and Queens of Karlov, embracing their royalty simply for being themselves. As the lead designer, I crafted the visual identity and overall aesthetic for this extraordinary event.

On the shoot day, I worked closely with the photographer to art direct and frame compositions of the kids in their natural environment. Our goal was to capture striking portraits and heroic angles that aligned with the royal narrative of the Kings and Queens of Karlov, showcasing their confidence, grace, and majesty.
